pleasant stay but minor room issues

The staff at breakfast stood out by going out of their way to accommodate us. They welcomed us warmly even after closing time and ensured my toddler was taken care of, showing amazing kindness.

The room had a few maintenance issues that needed addressing.

Wonderful team, perfect location.

The hotel with spotless and huge rooms, in a pretty nice area, by all the good restaurants. Lots of great food for meals. Magnificent location, walking distance to everywhere. Besides, excellent for visiting a well-respected museum.

The units are huge with a view.

We asked for the queen room with terrific showers and it was ready when arrived.

The room offered a fine harbor view, and we loved the fresh breakfast options. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day, and we enjoyed some relaxing time in the jacuzzi too. The only small hiccup was that our room was a bit far from the elevator, but it didn’t really affect our stay. 😊

The room was pretty spacious with a great view of the harbor. Beds were super comfy, a definite plus for resting up after exploring. I loved the unique shower design, really thoughtful. There was an issue with the coffee maker outlet not working, kind of a bummer. A solid stay with nice amenities.

The Courtyard in Portland has a solid location. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. My room was spacious, clean, and had a super comfortable king bed. Loved the view from the upper floor. The lobby is bright, inviting, and the breakfast area is really convenient. I had some minor issues with valet parking fees. They charge $35 a day, which feels high considering the options. My room wasn't cleaned daily unless I requested it, unexpected. A used towel was left on the counter when I checked in. Staff, while generally friendly, could improve in communication, particularly regarding room services. Still enjoyed the warm pool and the fitness center. I might stay again but with different expectations.

This was just an optimal selection for a short weekend trip in Portland with fantastic value. The laundry facilities were super handy since we only packed for a few days. Be mindful of the valet parking charges when you arrive.

I stayed here for 2 nights and loved the spacious rooms. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring good rest. Staff provided excellent breakfast service, even beyond hours. The pool area was nice too. A great experience 😊
